How we handle your personal data.
This notice explains what Aurum Eterna collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
Aurum Eterna, a business operations consulting and implementation firm registered in Serbia, is the controller of the personal data described here. What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. We also record the time of the message, the language of the page you used and, for a short time, a one-way hash of your IP address to protect the form from abuse. The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. When you first open the home page, the country of your connection (a code Cloudflare provides, which we do not store) decides the language; if you pick a language yourself, one cookie (ae-lang) remembers it for a year.
Why we use it
To reply to your message and, if we go on to work together, to prepare that engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and the steps needed before a contract.
Where it is kept and for how long
Messages are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and delivered to our mailbox. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If an engagement follows, the information becomes part of that engagement’s records.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and the form as our processor and routes our email; Google provides our mailbox. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to us through the contact form. You may also complain to the data protection authority in Serbia (the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection) or in your own country.
